摘要
对478名在校大学生进行调查,探讨大学生的职业价值观(发展因素、声望因素、保健因素)在核心自我评价与职业决策自我效能之间的中介作用。结果表明:(1)核心自我评价对发展、声望和保健三种职业价值观因素皆有显著的正向预测作用;发展和声望因素对职业决策自我效能有显著的正向预测作用,保健因素对职业决策自我效能的预测效应不显著。(2)发展和声望因素在核心自我评价和职业决策自我效能之间起部分中介作用,二者中介效应的差异不显著。(3)结构方程模型多群组分析表明,三种职业价值观因素的中介效应不存在显著的性别差异。通过提高核心自我评价及调整就业期望两条干预途径来提高大学生的职业决策自我效能。
478 college students were investigated to explore the mediating effects of college students' work values (development factors, prestige factors, health factors) between core self-evaluation and career decision-making self-efficacy. The results showed: ①Core self-evaluation showed significantly positive effect on development, prestige and welfare factors of work values; Development and prestige factors positively predicted career decision-making self-efficacy, while the predictive effect of welfare factors on career decision-making self-efficacy was not significant. ②Development and prestige factors showed partial mediating effects between core self-evaluation and career decision-making self-efficacy, and there was no significant difference between the two mediating effects. ③Multiple group analysis of Structural Equation Modeling revealed that there was no significant gender difference for the mediating effects of the three work values. The findings suggest that enhancing core self-evaluation and adjusting employment expectations are two intervention approaches to increase college students' career decision-making self-efficacy.
