论教师专业发展的“自我经验模式”——基于生命哲学的视角

On the “Personal Experience Model” in Teachers' Professional Development from the Perspective of Life Philosophy

生命哲学把生命理解和解释为经验形式以及经历,"自我经验"将自我同生命联系在一起,是生命哲学的重要关切。生命哲学认为,在人的体验中存在着一种自己的节奏,"自我经验"能从存在意义上把握全部的人。教师的"自我经验"是基于生活实践而不断生成的,具有精神性。基于"自我经验模式"的教师专业发展,要在"过去—现在—未来"的时间流淌中,发现作为整体的人的存在意义;要立足教师的"生活经验"实现专业的持续发展;要通过师生关系之中的生命实践实现教师生命存在的价值。

Life philosophy interprets life as the form of experience and experience. ＂ Personal experience＂ connects self with life, which is an important concern of life philosophy. We should base on the ＂life experience＂ of teachers to realize the continuous development of the profession, and realize the value of the existence of the teacher＇s life through the life practice in the relationship between teachers and students.
