智能锻造技术及其产业化发展战略研究 被引量:12

Research on intelligent forging technology and its industrialization strategy

摘要 锻件是装备制造行业的基础件,智能锻造是锻造技术发展的必然趋势。从产品质量、生产效率、产业结构优化以及节能与绿色环保几个方面论述了智能锻造的优势及意义;从设计层面、制造层面阐述了智能制造的内涵;从智能设计技术、智能装备技术以及智能车间技术几个方面介绍了我国目前智能锻造技术的研发与应用现状;从企业水平、自动化、数字化、信息化以及锻造设备与模具几方面论述了我国锻造行业智能化存在的问题。结果表明,现阶段智能锻造技术仍处于非常初级的阶段。针对目前的现状,从前沿技术的研发、人才培养以及行业相关标准等方面给出发展建议。 Forgings are the basic parts in the manufacturing industry,and intelligent forging is an inevitable development trend in the forging technology. Therefore,the advantages and significance of intelligent forging were discussed in terms of product quality,production efficiency,optimization of industrial structure and energy conservation and green environmental protection. From the aspects of design and manufacturing,the connotation of intelligent manufacturing was explained,and the current status of R & D and application of intelligent forging technology in China was introduced considering intelligent design technology,intelligent equipment technology as well as intelligent workshop technology. Furthermore,the problems in the intelligentization of forging industry in China were discussed in terms of enterprise level,automation,digitization,informatization as well as forging equipment and molds. The results show that the intelligent forging technology is still at a very early stage. In view of current situation,the development proposals were given in terms of research and development of leading-edge technologies,personnel training and industry-related standards.
