施用氮磷肥料对小粒黑豆抗氧化活性的影响

摘要 为了探究不同氮磷配比对小粒黑豆抗氧化活性的影响,试验以‘连枷条’黑豆品种为材料,分析16种不同氮磷配比施肥处理后,小粒黑豆总黄酮、总酚、总花色苷、2,2-联苯基-1-苦基肼基自由基(DPPH·)、羟自由基(·OH)和超氧阴离子自由基(O_2^(-·))清除能力。结果表明,氮磷配比对小粒黑豆抗氧化活性有显著影响,N_3P_2(N 270kg·hm^(-2),P_2O_5360kg·hm^(-2))的总黄酮质量分数、N_0P_2(N 0kg·hm^(-2),P_2O_5360kg·hm^(-2))的总酚质量分数及N_1P_2(N 90kg·hm^(-2),P_2O_5360kg·hm^(-2))的总花色苷质量分数最高,分别为34.26mg·g-1、26.60 mg·g-1、1.27 mg·g-1,且均显著高于未施N、P的对照(P<0.05)。总黄酮、总酚与DPPH·清除作用呈极显著正相关关系,总花色苷与O_2^(-·)清除作用呈显著正相关关系;籽粒色差值ΔE与总黄酮、总酚、DPPH·清除作用呈显著或极显著的负相关关系,与总花色苷、O_2^(-·)清除作用呈显著或极显著正相关关系。综合分析表明,每公顷施N 270kg,P_2O_5360kg;N 0kg,P_2O_5360kg;N 90kg,P_2O_5360kg分别为小粒黑豆高总黄酮、高总酚、高总花色苷的最佳施肥配比。 In order to explore the effect of different ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus on the antioxidant activity of small black soybean,the total flavonoids,total phenolics,total anthocyanins,2,2-phenyl-1-Bitter base free radicals(DPPH·),hydroxyl radical(·OH)and superoxide anion radical(O2^-·)scavenging ability in ‘Lianjiatiao'black soybean were analyzed upon 16 different nitrogen and phosphorus treatments.The results showed that the ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus had a significant effect on the antioxidant activity of small black soybean,the total flavonoids,total phenolics and total anthocyanins mass fraction of N0 P2,N3 P2 and N1 P2 were higher than the other treatments,and significantly higher than those without N,P(control)(P〈0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between total flavonoids,total phenolics and DPPH·radical scavenging effect,and total anthocyanins were significantly positively correlated with O2^-· radical scavenging effect.The color difference value(ΔE)with total flavonoids,total phenolics and DPPH·radical scavenging effect showed a significant negative correlation(P〈0.05 or 0.01).There was a significant positive correlation with total anthocyanin and O2^-·radical scavenging effect.The comprehensive analysis showed that the best fertilizers recommendation for high mass fraction of total flavonoids,high total phenol and high total anthocyanins were N 270 kg + P2O5 360 kg,N 0 kg + P2O5 360 kg,and N 90 kg + P2O5 360 kg,respectively.
