摘要
皮层静脉作为颅内静脉循环的重要组成部分,因其特殊的解剖位置关系,在创伤性颅脑损伤(TBI)后易发生皮层静脉损伤或受压,形成皮层静脉血栓,导致颅内静脉回流障碍,继而引发颅内高压及引流区域的脑实质损害,发生脑水肿、脑梗死或出血。本文现围绕TBI后皮层静脉相关的循环障碍综述如下。
As an essential component of intracranial venous circulation, cortical veins are prone to be injured or compressed, and cortical venous thrombosis was formed after traumatic brain injury (TBI) because of their special anatomical position, which could result in intracranial venous return disorders, intracranial hypertension, and brain parenchymal damage in drainage areas. The cortical venous related circulation disorders after TBI are summed up in this review.
