Venous assessment and surgical strategy in parasagittal meningiomas

上矢状窦旁脑膜瘤（PsM）常导致上矢状窦狭窄或闭塞，引起静脉循环障碍，而侧支循环的建立为静脉回流提供了保障。详细准确的术前评估及合适的手术策略是实现保护正常静脉回流系统的前提。本文围绕PSM相关静脉系统的术前影像学评估方法及其手术价值综述如下。

Parasagittal meningioma （PSM） often causes superior sagittal sinus stenosis or occlusion, which leads to obstruction of venous circulation. The establishment of collateral circulation provides guarantee for venous reflux. Detailed and accurate preoperative evaluation and proper surgical strategies are the guarantee of achieving protection of normal venous system. The evaluation methods of imaging and its surgical values in PSM are reviewed in this article.
