成人Amyand疝1例 被引量：3

摘要 Amyand疝是一种特殊类型的腹股沟疝,其特点为疝内容物为阑尾。Amyand疝发病率低,发生于成人者更为少见,据文献报道仅为0.07%～1%。2017年6月4日至12日我们诊治成人Amyand疝1例,手术顺利,疗效满意,报告如下。1临床资料患者男,68岁,因＂右侧腹股沟区肿块伴疼痛3 d＂入院。查体：体温37℃,急性病容,腹部略膨隆,右下腹壁略紧张,压痛明显,无反跳痛.
