基于满意度调查的象山小镇生态化水平测度及障碍因素分析

Analysis of ecological level measurement and obstacle factors in Xiangshan town based on satisfaction survey

依据生态化评价指标体系和象山小镇实际情况,从生态效益、经济效益、社会效益3个层面选取14个二级指标,24个四级指标,运用石浦镇、鹤浦镇以及西周镇实地调研数据,对3个具有不同产业特色的小镇生态化发展水平进行测度,在此基础上引入障碍度模型对影响小镇生态化发展的关键因素进行识别分析。结果发现:象山总体的生态化发展水平较高,但生态效益、经济效益和社会效益表现存在差异,其中社会效益明显偏低;3个典型小镇的生态化水平普遍较高,与各自差异化的特色产业之间并不存在显著的相关性;障碍度模型分析表明:环境监管、社会治安是阻碍象山生态化发展的主要因素;各城镇生态化发展的主要阻力大小并不会因产业特色不同而存在较大差异。根据上述结论,提出了促进象山小镇生态化发展的对策建议。

On the basis of ecological evaluation secondary indicators, 24 level 4 indicators from index system and the actual situation of Xiangshan, selecting 14 ecological benefits, economic benefits and social benefits, using the survey data of Shipu town, Hepu town and Xizhou town to measure the ecological development level of those three small towns with different industrial characteristics, on this basis, the obstacle degree model is introduced to identi- are different, among which the social benefits are obviously low;the ecological level of the three typical towns is generally high, and there is no significant correlation with the distinctive industries of their respective differentia- tion ; the analysis of obstacle degree model shows that environmental regulation and social order are the main factors that hinder the ecological development of Xiangshan ; the main resistance of ecological development in each town will not vary greatly due to different industrial characteristics. According to the above conclusions, the paper puts for- ward some countermeasures to promote the ecological development of Xiangshan.
