摘要
针对我国燃煤电站煤质复杂、负荷多变的实际情况,以及常规电除尘器存在的"微细颗粒物荷电困难"、"振打产生二次扬尘"及"高比电阻粉尘导致反电晕"3个固有技术瓶颈,研发出颗粒凝聚技术和高可靠性的旋转电极式电除尘技术,通过在前级烟道增设电凝聚器、末级电场布置旋转电极电极式电除尘器的方式,拓宽电除尘器对煤种、负荷的适应性,实现对燃煤电厂PM_(2.5)的有效控制,为烟尘达标排放及超低排放提供了技术支撑。
Three inherent technical bottlenecks in conventional ESP,such as the difficulty in charge of fineparticles,the reentrain dust because of rapping and the back corona due to the high resistivity of dust were overcame by additional electrostatic agglomeration device in front of ESP and rotating electrode type ESP in terminal electric field,which widened the adaptability of ESP to coal variety and boiler load. The technique could effectively control the pollution of PM(2.5) and meet the requirement of ultra-low emission.
