活动是高校院系共青团工作的重要载体,提升院系共青团活动质量意义重大。然而当前两类具有代表性的院系共青团活动都或多或少存在可以改进的地方,有效覆盖面需要提高。高校院系团组织要以习近平总书记重要讲话为根本遵循,在精细化管理培养、发挥青年教师和研究生作用、创新拓展工作格局、优化新媒体、构筑"一心双环"和推进班团一体化、完善"第二课堂成绩单"制度等方面有所作为,谱写新时代高校院系共青团活动新篇章。
