民族共同体意识的建设直接影响着中华民族伟大复兴的步伐,我国的国际竞争、公民的生活水平都与共同体意识有直接的联系,当今的国际环境是多极化、全球化,西方语境不断的渗透到各个国家,国家认同、民族共同体意识渐渐弱化,这严重影响了民族认同感,因此,加强中华民族共同体意识、进行相关的德育工作是至关重要的,本文正是基于这一理念出发,以西藏班德育工作为切入点,探讨了如何在民族共同体意识下对西藏班德育工作进行优化,并最终能够促进民族共同体意识的深化。

The construction of the consciousness of the national community directly affects the pace of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. China＇s international competition and citizens＇ living standards are directly related to thecommunity＇s consciousness. Today＇s international environment is multi-polar, globalization, and the Western context continues. Infiltration into various countries, national identity, and the consciousness of the national community are gradually weakening, which seriously affects the sense of national identity. Therefore, it is crucial to strengthen the awareness of the Chinese nation community and carry out relevant moral education. This article is based on this concept. Taking Tibet＇s class moral education work as an entry point, it explores how to optimize the Tibetan class moral education work under the consciousness of the national community, and finally promote the deepening of the consciousness of the national community.
