基于校企合作的人力资源管理课程信息化教学模式应用研究

Research on Application of Information Teaching Model of "Human Resources Management" Course Based on School-Enterprise Cooperation

高职院校在教学模式存在课程设计缺乏企业参与、教材选择空间有限、信息化教学模式缺乏企业合作等问题,针对这些问题,本文从信息化教学模式的提出,以信息化手段辅助教学,在教学模式中增强与企业的合作,加大合作力度,更切合企业岗位需求,增加学生自身职业能力素养,提高高职学生的市场竞争力。

In the teaching mode ofhigher voeational colleges, there are some problems such as lack of enterprise participation, limited space for textbook selection, and lack of enterprise cooperation in information-based teaching mode. In view of these problems, this paper proposes information-based teaching mode and assists teaching with information-based means. In the tea- ching mode, we will strengthen cooperation with enterprises, increase cooperation, better meet the needs of corporate positions, increase students＇ professional ability and improve the competitiveness of vocational students.
