View Handsome Deer to Observe the Culture——A brief analysis of the imagery of "deer" in the "Book of Songs"

《诗经》中国最早的一部诗歌总集,纵观全书,与鹿相关的诗歌数量繁多。本文就将以《诗经》中的"鹿"为主要研究对象,纵向、横向地观察考量。从两个方面来分析,一个是小的生活面,另一个是大的社稷面,展现"鹿"的意象在当时社会所代表的象征作用,并且进一步去体现王权和道德等文化因素。

＂The Book of Songs＂ is one of the earliest collections of poetry in China. Throughout the book, the number of poems related to deer is numerous. This article will take the ＂deer＂ in ＂The Book of Songs＂ as the main research object, and observe it longitudinally and horizontally. From two aspects, one is a small living face, the other is a large social face, showing the symbolic role of the image of ＂deer＂ in the society at that time, and further reflecting the cultural factors such as kingship and morality.
