摘要
学籍预警学生的教育与管理问题,是高校学生工作中的重点与难点,是高校学生安稳工作中不可避免的课题。学籍预警学生具有成因复杂,受多重因素影响及个体间差异性大的特征,仅依靠学生工作队伍单方面的力量,收效甚微。本文旨在通过对于协同理念下学籍预警学生过程管理模式的探讨与实施,并从学籍预警解除率、学生挂科率、平均分等指标进行成效分析,为学籍预警学生的教育管理问题提供新的工作思路和理念。
The education and management problems of students with academic qualifications are the key and difficult points in the work of college students, and are inevitable topics in the stability of college students. Students with early-stage student education have the characteristics of complex factors, multiple factors and large differences among individuals. They rely solely on the unilateral strength of the student work team and have little effect. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effectiveness of the early warning students' process management model under the cooperative concept, and to analyze the effectiveness of the early warning relief rate, the rate of students' registration and the average grade, so as to provide new ideas and ideas for the education management of the early warning students.
