Analysis on the Reform of Library and Information Organization under the Network Environment

在现代社会化服务需求的不断驱动后,伴随着网络环境和信息技术等发生的变化,图书情报组织内也出现了新的变化,这也使得图书情报组织基于网络环境下提出有关变革方面的问题。在图书情报组织的变革当中,主要是针对一些业务的拓展和组织模式,以及整合信息人力资源和管理方式创新等方面进行变革,本文就是针对网络环境下图书情报组织变革进行一些分析和研究。

After the continuous demand of modem socialized service, along with changes in the network environment and in- formation technology, new changes have taken place in the library and information organization, which has led the library and information organization to raise issues related to change based on the network environment. In the reform of the libra~ and information organization, it mainly focuses on the expansion and organization of some businesses, as well as the integration of information human resources and management methods innovation. This paper is to analyze and research the changes of library and informatiofi organizations under the network environment.
