摘要 首次开发利用氩气的压力胀形和轴向加载的复合超塑性工艺成形技术制造钛合金膨胀节的新工艺 ,可加工大直径多波U型钛合金波形膨胀节。采用焊管作为管坯 ,焊管弯曲采用专用模具热弯 ,焊接采用等离子弧焊。超塑成形采用多层模结构 ,用模具来控制波形。 A new forming technology of bellows expansion joint, which used the complex superplastic forming (SPF) method of applying gas pressure bulging and compressive axial load was firstly developed and could be used to manufacture large diameter 'U'type bellows expansion joint of titanium alloys. Welded pipe that bended by hot bending method with a set of specific die and welded by plasma arc welding method was used as tubular blank of SPF. The final shape of part was determined by a multi-layer die block assembly. This technology can also be used to fabricate stainless steel bellows expansion joint.
