延安时期以延安大学为代表的现代大学制度构建

The Construction of a Contemporary University System Based on Yan'an University's Paradigm in the Yan'an Period

延安时期,中国共产党在陕甘宁边区创办延安大学,3次调整延安大学建制,建立以校长负责制为主导的校、院、系三级管理体制,实行会议制度和报告制度,加强新型的教育教学制度建设,改革不切实际的专业与课程,提倡思想活泼和学术自由,将教员主动教与学员自主学紧密结合起来,充分发挥学生组织在大学中的作用,形成了自主和自由的教育文化氛围,初步构建起现代大学制度,积累了现代大学制度建设的许多宝贵经验和理论成果,为新中国成立初期重建现代大学制度树立了一种实践范式,也为当前完善有中国特色的现代大学制度提供了重要的镜鉴价值。

In the Yan＇an Period,the Chinese Communist Party established Yan＇an University,adjusted its organization system three times,formed a three-level administration system referring to university-college-department and the university president was in charge,implemented meeting and report system,enhanced new-mode education system construction,reformed impractical majors and courses,advocated active thinking and academic freedom,combined initiative teaching and autonomous learning,encouraged student＇s organization to play a role,and developed autonomy and freedom. Yan＇an University manifests distinctive education characteristics and accumulates precious experience in the construction of the contemporary university system,which set up a practical paradigm for university system reconstruction after New China＇s founding,and provides significant reference for the university system perfection at present.
