摘要 航天储氧球形高压气瓶具有重量轻、储气量大、安全可靠的特点 ,其所选材料与氧有很好的相容性 ,并能经受航天发射时所特有的力学环境及空间环境要求。在研制工作中 ,采用了许多新的设计概念、工艺方法和检测手段。对有限元应力分析辅助设计、工艺新方法及产品检测考核中的红外冷发射应力分析技术等做重点介绍。 The spheroid oxygen high-pressure vessels have to be the little weight, magnanimous capacity, high safety and dependable characteristics. Its material chosed wanting a good containing compatibility with oxygen, and can through suffering the shooting hour and space environment.The new design concept supported by a kind of the finite element stress analysis with reinforcements, manufacture technology dilled with material composites and thermo-treatment technique, and the product suffered final test by dint of infrared cooling emission stress analysis technique etc are presented.
