醒脑静注射液对脓毒症大鼠肾脏线粒体氧化应激损害的作用

Effect of Xingnaojing Injection on Renal Mitoc Hondrial Oxidative Stress Injury in Sepsis Mice

目的:观察醒脑静注射液对脓毒症大鼠肾脏线粒体氧化应激的影响。方法:60只SD大鼠随机分为6组,对照组(20只);LPS组(20只);XNJ组(20只);在24 h、48 h每组取10只进行观察,再分为LPS 24 h、48 h组;对照24 h、48 h组;XNJ 24 h、48 h组。观察各组不同时点肾脏功能、肾脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、一氮化氮合酶(iNOS)水平的动态变化。结果:醒脑静注射液可改善脓毒症大鼠肾脏功能[尿素氮(BUN)、肌苷(Scr)]、降低肾脏线粒体MDA、NO、iNOS水平和提高脓毒症大鼠肾脏线粒体SOD水平。结论:脑静注射液可显著降低脓毒症大鼠肾脏线粒体氧化应激的水平和提高清除氧自由基的能力,从而起到保护脓毒症大鼠肾脏线粒体和肾功能的作用。

Objective To observe the effect of xingnaojing injection on renal mitoc hondrial oxidative stress injury in sepsis mice. Methods Sixty SD mice were randomly divided into 6 groups, there were twenty mice in control group, LPS group, XNJ group, each group observed 24 h、48 h. The level of BUN、Scr、SOD、MDA、NO、iNOS in each group were observed. Results Xingnaojing injection significantly reduced the level of BUN、Scr、 MDA、NO、iNOS and elevated the level of SOD.Conclusions Xingnaojing injection could significantly reduce the renal mitoc hondrial oxidative stress level and improve the ability of clearing oxygen radicals, thereby protect the renal mitochondrion and renal function in sepsis mice.
