踝关节骨折手术和手法复位疗效比较

The Effect of Surgical Treatment for Ankle Fractures and Gimmick Reset of Comparative Analysis

目的:对比分析踝关节骨折手术治疗和手法复位治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2015年7月至2017年7月在湛江市赤坎区人民医院接受治疗的90例踝关节骨折患者为研究对象,将所选患者随机分为观察组(n=45)以及对照组(n=45),对照组给予患者手法复位治疗,观察组给予患者手术治疗。对两组患者的临床疗效、住院时间、住院费用以及不良反应发生率进行比较分析。结果:观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组,住院时间、住院费用以及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相对于手法复位,手术治疗踝关节骨折的疗效显著,安全性较高,不良反应较少。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of surgical treatment of ankle joint fractures and manual reduction therapy.Methods From December 2015 to December 2017, 90 patients with ankle fracture were treated in Chikan district people＇s hospital.The patients were randomly divided into observation group（n = 45）and control group（n = 45）.The patients in the control group were given surgical treatment.The patients were treated with surgery. After the end of the experiment, the clinical efficacy, hospitalization time, hospitalization cost and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the hospitalization time, the hospitalization cost and the incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with manipulative reduction therapy, surgical treatment of ankle fractures has a significant effect, safety is raised, and adverse reactions are less.
