摘要
为保证土石坝心墙中的高塑性黏土与混凝土基面更好地结合,需要在混凝土基面涂刷一定厚度的泥浆,而传统的人工涂刷泥浆存在施工效率低、泥浆厚度不均匀、且部分厚度无法满足设计要求的缺点。以长河坝水电站砾石土心墙堆石坝为例,针对心墙混凝土基面泥浆涂刷要求,通过现场试验研究了机械喷涂泥浆的施工工艺和相应的工艺参数,并将其与传统人工涂刷进行对比。结果表明:机械喷涂的泥浆较均匀,厚度满足设计要求,施工效率高;同时施工工艺及工艺参数满足施工强度及施工质量要求。
In order to ensure the better bonding of high plastic clay in core wall of earth-rock dam and concrete base surface,a certain thickness of mud should be sprayed on the concrete surface. However,the traditional manual spraying mud has the disadvantages of low construction efficiency,uneven mud thickness,and failing to design requirements of partial thickness. Based on the rockfill dam of gravel soil core wall of Changheba Hydropower Station,according to the requirements of mud spraying on core wall concrete surface,the construction technology and corresponding process parameters of machine spraying mud were studied through field test and compared with the traditional manual spraying. The results show that the thickness of the spraying mud is uniform and can meet the design requirements,and the construction efficiency is high. At the same time,the construction technology and processing parameters can meet the strength and quality requirements of construction.
