The Importance Analysis on Factors Affecting the System Reliability

摘要 为了解多个工作环境条件因素同时变化对元件或系统故障概率影响程度及特征,在已有的连续型空间故障树的理论框架下提出因素联合重要度分布概念.其源于已经给定的因素重要度分布概念,目的在于分析元件或系统在多因素变化情况下的满足系统可靠性的工作环境区域.定义了元件或系统的因素联合重要度概念、公式及推导过程.对给定元件和系统进行了分析,得到了对于使用时间t和使用温度C的因素联合重要度分布,及其分布特点.最终得到了保持系统可靠性稳定且易于运行要满足的两个条件.从而可应用于指导实际的系统运行. In order to understand the features and degree of the multiple working environ- ment conditions change on the influence of system failure probability of component or system, the factor joint important degree distribution is put forward under theoretical framework of continuous space fault tree. The source has been given to the factor important degree distri- bution concept. The purpose is to analyze the reliability of component or system to meet the working environment range in the condition of multi factors change. The component or system of factor joint importance degree distribution is defined, formulas and their derivation process. The given element and system is analyzed, which obtains the factor joint important degree distribution considering t and C, and distribution characteristics. Finally two conditions are obtained to remain the stability of the system reliability and ease of operation. Thus it can be used to guide practical operation of the system.
