摘要
为了达到矸石零排放、取消工作面护巷煤柱的要求,以陕西某矿为背景,根据煤层地质条件,提出了中厚煤层中宽巷掘进矸石膏体充填成巷方法。其实质是在掘进工作面巷道时,采用宽巷掘进,并用矸石膏体充填置换煤柱。结果表明:该方法实现了绿色开采,提高了煤炭资源回收率,平均每个工作面可多创造700多万元利润;降低了矸石处理费用,矿井每年可节省矸石处理费用210万元,达到了无煤柱护巷的技术效果,为类似矿井实现无煤柱开采提供了重要的参考价值。
In order to achieve free discharge of gangue and cancel the requirement for the protection roadway of coal pillar on working face, a mine in Shaanxi was taken as a background. A method of gangue paste filling into roadway during wide roadway excavation in medium thick coal seam was put forward according to the geological conditions of the coal seam. Its essence was to use wide roadway excavation and to apply gangue plaste filling to replace coal pillar, when the roadway of working face was excavated, The results showed that this method could realize green mining, and improve the recovery rate of coal resources. Moreover, it could increase the average income by over 7 millions RMB of profits than before at each working face, and could reduce the gangue disposal costs to 210 millions RMB, which realized the technical effect of protection roadway without coal pillar as well as provided an important reference value for similar mines to achieve non-pillar mining.
