从辩证唯物主义论中西医结合

Discussion on Integration of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from Dialectical Materialism

虽然中医与西医具有不同的理论基础与框架体系,但其均以人这个生命体为研究对象,存在共同的物质基础。从发展的角度看,中西医结合是历史前进过程中的必然产物,现阶段的中西医结合处于低级阶段。通过辩证唯物主义视角,利用生物信息学、人工智能等各种自然科学技术知识,在充分认识、总结分析生命物质基础及人体生理、非生理变化规律全貌的前提下,本着实事求是的原则,中医、西医精华与糟粕之处将被界定。届时以物质论、辩证观为指导思想的无先验知识的新医学即中西医结合的高级阶段面貌将会呈现出来。

Although Chinese medicine and western medicine have different theoretical basis and framework system,they all take the human body as the object of study with common material basis. From a development perspective,the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine is an inevitable result of historical progress. The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine at the present stage is in a low-level stage. From the perspective of dialectical materialism,various natural science and technology knowledge,such as bioinformatics and artificial intelligence,are used. On the premise of fully understanding and analyzing the whole picture of the material basis of life and its laws of physiological and non-physiological changes,in line with the principle of seeking truth from facts,the essence and dross of Chinese medicine and western medicine will be defined. By then,materialism,dialectical concept as the guiding ideology of the new medicine without prior knowledge as the advanced form of integration of traditional and western medicine will be presented.
