河南安阳地区鸭疫里默菌病病原的分离与鉴定及流行病学调查

Isolation and identification of Riemerella anatipestifer and epidemiology of its infection in Anyang Henan

为摸清安阳地区鸭疫里默菌病的危害情况和发生规律,确定当地流行株的血清型、抗药性等特性,对2014年1月至2016年1月文峰、北关等8个县市54个养鸭场117羽鸭疫里默菌病死鸭/同种病鸭收集并剖检,分离得到53株鸭疫里默菌(Riemerella anatipestifer,R.anatipestifer)菌株,血清型均为1型,整体耐药严重,对头孢氨苄、头孢拉定和四环素敏感。RA菌株致病力强,病死率高,与大肠杆菌混合致病常见,致病力和死亡率更高。本调查表明,鸭疫里默菌病是河南省安阳地区鸭禽的重要流行病,积极防治尤为关键。

In order to investigate the epidemiology characteristics of R. anatipestifer（ Riemerella anatipestifer,R. anatipestifer） in Anyang city,and identify the epidemic strain and its resistance to drugs,total 117 sick or dead ducks of 54 farms in 8 counties were collectde in the present study. Finally,53 strains of R. anatipestifer were successfully isolated,and the serotype was type-I. Strains were severely resistant to the majority of antibiotics,while they showed optimizing sensitivity to cephalexin,cefradine,and tetracycline. R. anatipestifer strains had strong pathogenicity and R. anatipestifer infections caused high mortality. However,the joint pathogenicity of R. anatipestifer and E. coli was much stronger. In conclusion,R. anatipestifer was a major and severe epidemic disease in Anyang city,Henan Province. Essential improvements should be applied to prevention and treatment of Riemerella anatipestifer infection.
