新疆地锦草提取物体外抗氧化及抑菌活性研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了对新疆地锦草提取物的体外抗氧化及抑菌活性进行初步研究,通过测定醇提物还原力、清除羟基自由基和DPPH·自由基的能力来评价抗氧化能力;采用滤纸片法来测定醇、水两种提取物的抑菌活性,并确定最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果表明,新疆地锦草醇提取物具有较强的抗氧化能力;地锦草醇、水两种提取物对受试菌株均有明显的抑菌作用,其中醇、水两种提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度一致,MIC为1.56%。醇提物对枯草芽孢杆菌和变形杆菌的最低抑菌浓度一致,MIC为3.125%,而水提物对枯草芽孢杆菌最低抑菌浓度为12.5%,对变形杆菌最低抑菌浓度为25%。;地锦草两种提取物均有较强的热稳定性,但会受到p H值的影响;表明新疆地锦草提取物有较好的抗氧化和抑菌作用,具有较好的开发应用潜力。 Objective: To determine the antioxidant properties and the in vitro antimicrobial activities of extracts from the Xinjiang Euphorbia Humifusa. Methods: the antioxidant activity was evaluated by using the method of reducing power and scavenging the capability of hydroxyl radical and the DPPH assay. The antibacterial activity of the two different extract was assessed by using filter paper method,and the minimal inhibitory concentrations( MIC) was determined. The results showed that Xinjiang Euphorbia Humifusa extract had strong antioxidant capacity. The two different extracts had more obvious inhibitory effects on the tested bacteria. The MICs of the ethanol and water extract were 1. 56% for Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli The MICs of the ethanol extract were3. 125% for Bacillus subtilis and Proteus vulgaris. The MICs of the water extract were 12. 5% and 25% for Bacillus subtilis and Proteus vulgaris. The different extract of Euphorbia Humifusa had the thermal stability,but influenced by p H. Conclusion: The extract of Xinjiang Euphorbia Humifusa has better antioxidant and antibacterial effect,and good application value.
