摘要
当雷击直接击于安装在建筑物上的防雷装置时,建筑物引下线附近必须采取防接触电压和跨步电压的措施,否则危及附近的人身及财产安全,甚至造成严重的人身伤亡事故。结合多年防雷检测工作经验,分析了国家标准GB 50057—2010《建筑物防雷设计规范》中建筑物引下线附近防接触电压和跨步电压的措施,对部分条款进行了较深层次的解释,以期为防雷减灾工作者提供参考。
When the lightning strike directly strikes the lightning protection devices installed on the buildings,the measures of preventing the touch voltage and step voltage must be adopted near the downlead. Otherwise,it will jeopardize the personal safety and property safety in the vicinity and even cause the serious personal injuries and deaths.Combining by many years' experiences in the lightning protection testing field,the measures of preventing the touch voltage and the step voltage near the building downlead were analyzed according to the national standard GB 50057—2010,and some provisions were further explained. It can provide references for lightning protection and disaster mitigation personnels.
