小肠多发上皮样血管肉瘤伴出血一例

摘要 患者女，74岁，以“黑便1个月，加重10d”入院。体格检查：左下腹轻压痛。血常规检查：Hb75g/L。全腹cT检查未见异常。入院后行胃结肠镜、胶囊内镜及肠系膜血管造影等检查均未能明确病因。因患者消化道出血持续加重。急诊行剖腹探查术。术中见距Treitz韧带约140cm处小肠肿物伴出血。直径约2．5cm，侵透小肠全层。术中小肠镜检查发现自距Treitz韧带30．140cm处多发小肠肿物合并出血（图1）。
