非圆齿轮的设计及动态特性分析

摘要 介绍了非圆齿轮节曲线方程的设计,并对非圆齿轮根切、凸凹性、压力角进行判断,通过调整非圆齿轮副节曲线的偏心率和中心距使其满足齿轮副的设计要求,并利用MATLAB软件设计出非圆齿轮的二维模型,利用Pro/E生成齿轮的三维模型和ADAMS View对非圆齿轮的运动学进行分析为非圆齿轮的齿廓修形奠定基础。 The design of non-circular gear section curve equation was introduced, and the tooth undercut, convexity and concavity, pressure angle of non-circular gear were judged. Adjusting the eccentricity and center distance of the non-circular gear pair section curve, till met the design requirement. The two-dimensional model of non-circular gear was de- signed by using the MATLAB software. It used Pro/E to generate three-dimensional model and the ADAMS View to analyze the kinematics of non-circular gear, which laid the founda- tion for the tooth profile modification of non-circular gear.
