相机电池内壳注射模设计

摘要 通过对相机电池内壳的结构和工艺进行分析,介绍了相机电池内壳注射模的结构设计和模具工作过程,阐述了模具型腔数量的确定、分型面设计、浇注系统设计、成型零件设计、侧向分型与抽芯机构、推出机构设计和冷却与加热系统设计等方面的模具设计要点。经过生产验证,模具结构设计合理,可供同类塑件在注射模设计时提供参考。 The structural design and working process of the injection mould were presented by analyzing the structure and process of the inner shell of the camera battery. The mould structural design points were elaborated such as the number of the mould cavity, the de- sign of the parting line, pouring system, forming part, lateral parting and core-pulling mech- anism, ejection mechanism, cooling and heating system. After the production verification, the mould structure design was reasonable, which could provide reference for similar prod- ucts.
