摘要
通过测试风电用环氧酸酐浸渍树脂的贮存稳定性、挥发份、黏度-温度曲线以及开展渗透性试验,并改用低毒的固体促进剂熏蒸,验证树脂的电气性能。结果表明:环氧酸酐具有优异的电气性能,在避免树脂受潮的情况下,贮存稳定性得到良好控制。
The electrical properties of epoxy anhydride impregnating resin for wind power were verified through testing the storage stability, volatile matter, viscosity-temperature curve, and permeability of the resin and using the low toxic solid promoter to fumigate the resin. The results show that the epoxy anhydride impregnating resin has excellent electrical performance, and its storage stability can be well controlled in the case of avoiding damp.
