摘要
以交联聚苯乙烯(CLPS)为单体,二乙烯基苯为交联剂,采用超声搅拌的方式将不同含量的有机蒙脱土纳米片(o MMT)均匀分散于苯乙烯中,通过偶氮二异丁腈引发自由基聚合反应,最终得到o MMT/CLPS复合材料。采用小角X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)与透射电镜(TEM)等对纳米片层的分散效果进行了表征,并采用短脉冲高压测试平台研究了复合材料的真空沿面闪络性能。结果表明:纳米片层均匀分散在复合材料中,其真空沿面闪络性能较纯交联聚苯乙烯得到了明显提升。
Different mass fractions of organic montmorillonite(o MMT) nanosheet were dispersed in styrene by ultrasonic agitation, and an o MMT/crosslinked polystyrene(CLPS) composite was prepared through radical polymerization initiated by azobisisobutyronitrile. The dispersion of o MMT nanosheet was characterized by little angle XRD, SEM, and TEM, and the surface flashover properties of the composites in vacuum were studied using short-pulsed high-voltage platform. The results show that the o MMT nanosheet is well dispersed in the composites, and the surface flashover properties of the composites in vacuum are improved significantly compared to CLPS.
