煤矿区智能化顶管掘进装备研制与应用 被引量:6

摘要 为解决现有煤矿高抽巷施工方式掘进速度慢、工作环境恶劣、施工成本高等难题,基于顶管施工工艺,采用全断面大直径破岩技术,研究矿用顶管机滚刀破岩机理,对刀具进行合理化布置;采用智能控制技术,实现矿用顶管机自动导向、自主开关机及自动顶进等功能。研制了ZDG1500型矿用智能化顶管掘进装备,在淮南张集矿进行了国内首次煤矿顶管施工的工业性试验,验证了智能化顶管掘进装备的各项参数和性能,试验结果表明:一次成孔直径为1 500 mm,单次掘进长度≥500 m,掘进速度为10~20 mm/min,并得出矿用顶管掘进机岩层阻力分布规律,可解决高抽巷施工难题。 In order to solve the problems of slow driving speed,bad working environment and high construction cost in the existing coal mine high pumping way,based on the pipe jacking technology,the rock breaking mechanism of the hob for mine pipe jacking machine is studied,the cutting tool is rationally arranged and the intelligent control technology is used to realize the mine pipe jacking.Automatic guidance,automatic switch and automatic jacking.The ZDG1500 type intelligent mine pipe jacking tunnelling equipment was developed.The industrial test of the first coal mine pipe jacking in Huainan Zhangji Mine was carried out.The parameters and performance of the intelligent pipe jacking tunnelling equipment were verified. The test results show that the diameter of the first hole is 1 500 mm,the single driving length is more than 500 m,and the driving speed is 10 - 20 mm/min,and draw the distribution law of rock resistance of mine pipe jacking tunnelling machine,which is of great significance for solving the difficult problem of high drainage roadway construction.
