铝粉生产工艺研究进展及发展方向

Status and trend of aluminum powder production process

按照中国国家标准对铝粉进行分类,评述了铝粉的主要生产工艺及铝粉的应用领域,介绍了国内外铝粉生产工艺的进展,对国内主要铝粉生产企业的产能、产量以及我国铝粉进出口情况进行了统计。2017年国内铝粉产能约18万t,产量在12万t左右;近两年我国铝粉出口量基本维持在10 000 t,进口量约为1 250 t,出口量远大于进口量。指出铝粉的分级与筛分精度和铝粉的表面质量是目前铝粉生产面临的主要问题,国内铝粉正朝着微细化、环保型、多功能方向发展。

Aluminum powders were classified according to China＇s national standard. The statement covers main production process of aluminum powder and its application field,the progress of aluminum powder production process both at home and abroad,the statistics of the output and production capacity of domestic major enterprises making aluminum powder,and China＇s imports and exports of aluminum powder over the years. 2017 has seen about 180,000 tons of production capacity of domestic aluminum powder and about 120,000 tons of output. We kept about 10,000 tons of export volume of aluminum powder and about 1,250 tons of import volume in the last two years. The statistics show that the export volume is far more than the import volume. It is then pointed out that the grading and screening accuracy of aluminum powder and the surface quality of aluminum powder are the crucial aspects affecting aluminum powder production. Meanwhile,the domestic aluminum powder is now developing towards micronized,environmental friendly and multifunctional direction.
