新能源汽车用5754-H32铝合金带材生产工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据新能源汽车用5754铝合金H32状态带材的性能要求,试验研究了不同冷轧加工率和成品退火温度对5754铝合金带材组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,带材的极限拉伸强度随冷轧压下率的增加呈线性增加;屈服强度在压下率小于11.1%的情况下随压下率增加而迅速增加,而后增幅减小,但也呈线性增加;伸长率在压下率小于26.2%的情况下随压下率增加而急剧降低,而后基本保持不变。5754铝合金产品力学性能满足客户使用要求的工艺制度为:冷轧加工率12.5%~19%、成品退火温度280℃~300℃、保温时间2 h。 According to the performance criteria of 5754-H32 aluminum alloy strip required by new energy vehicle,the microstructure and mechanical properties of 5754 aluminum alloy have been investigated with different cold rolling reductions and annealing temperatures of final products. The results show that the ultimate tensile strength increases linearly with the cold rolling reduction increasing. The yield strength increases rapidly when the cold rolling reduction is less than 11. 1%,then the increasing amplitude reduces,and the yield strength also increases linearly with the cold rolling reduction increasing. The elongation decreases sharply when the cold rolling reduction is less than 26. 2% and then changes little.When the cold rolling reduction,the annealing temperature and the holding time are 12. 5%-19%,280℃-300℃ and 2 h,respectively,mechanical properties of 5754 aluminum alloy can meet the requirements of customers.
