摘要
利用甘肃省14个贫困村的调查数据,运用OLS回归和分位数回归,实证分析了农村女性人力资本各要素对农户收入增长和收入差距的影响。女性各人力资本要素能显著促进家庭收入增长;随着农村女性教育水平的上升,家庭回报率也越来越高;在健康、教育和劳动力迁移对家庭收入的贡献率上,男性高于女性,而在工作经验贡献率上,女性高于男性;女性慢性病、大病和残疾缩小了高、低收入家庭之间的差距;女性教育和工作经验都不对收入差距有显著作用;女性的劳动力迁移具有拉近高、低收入农户之间差距的效应。
Based on the survey data of 14 poor villages in Gansu Province,this paper uses OLS regression and quantile regression to empirically analyze the impact of various factors of rural women' s human capital on the income growth and income gap of rural households. The study found that:the human capital of women can significantly promote the growth of family income; the rate of return of education rises with the education level ; male health, education and labor migration have a higher contribution to household income than women, while female work experience contribution rate higher than men;women' s chronic diseases, serious illness and disability have narrowed the gap between high and low -income families;female education and work experience do not have a significant effect on income disparity;women' s labor migration has the effect of narrowing the gap between high and low income households.
