摘要
中国已进入老龄化社会,老龄化问题及其对社会发展的作用也越来越受到高度重视。无论是从老年教育的特殊性,还是老年教育的重要性,抑或是从老年人的身心特点出发,建立老年教育学都势在必行。目前,建立老年教育学,有作为学科建制所应具备的外在和内在条件。为此,建立老年教育学应围绕老年教育学科的知识体系,探索开展老年教育基本理论、老年教育的对象、老年教育的教学实践、老年教育人才培养问题、老年教育的体制、政策和管理工作等方面的研究。
China has entered an aging society. The problems caused by the elderly and their roles in socialdevelopment have also received increasing attention. Whether from the specificity and importance of the aged education orfrom the physical and psychological characteristics of the elderly,it is imperative to establish the aged pedagogy. Atpresent,there are the external and internal conditions to establish aged pedagogy as a discipline. To this end,theestablishment of the aged pedagogy should focus on the knowledge system of aged education,explore the basic theory ofaged education,the object of aged education,the teaching practice of aged education,the talent training of agededucation,the education system of aged education,policy and management of the aged education.
