摘要
高素质的创客教师是创客教育的质量保障。创客教师的知识包含创客学习者知识、创客学习知识、创客课程知识、创客教学法知识、创客教学评价知识、创客教学管理知识、信息技术知识及整合技术的学科教学知识等。创客教师只有保持开放的、终身学习的态度,积极融入创客教育共同体,不断自我完善与自我提高,才能成为一名合格的创客教师。促进创客教师专业发展,须建立创客教师评价制度,引领创客教师知识结构持续更新;培育创客教育文化,提升创客教师知识发展的内驱力;建设创客教育空间,助力创客教师专业知识的生成;开展创客教育实践,坚持知行合一的创客教师知识发展途径;组建创客教育共同体,实现创客教师知识的迅速发展。
High-quality maker teachers are the guarantee of the quality of maker education. Maker teacher'sknowledge includes the knowledge of maker learner,the knowledge of maker learning,the knowledge of makercurriculum,the knowledge of maker teaching method,the knowledge of maker teaching evaluation,the knowledge ofmaker teaching management,the knowledge of information technology and the technological pedagogical contentknowledge. Only by maintaining an open,life-long learning attitude,actively participating into the community of makereducation and achieving self-improvement and self-promotion,can a maker teacher eventually become qualified. Topromote the professional development of maker teachers,an evaluation system for maker teachers must be established tolead the continuous updating of the knowledge structure of the maker teachers;a culture of maker education must becultivated to improve the internal drive of the knowledge development of the maker teachers;maker education spaces mustbe built to help the generation of maker-teachers' professional knowledge;maker education practice must be carried outand development approaches that integrate knowledge and practice must be implemented;and maker educationcommunities must be set up to achieve the rapid development of maker teachers' knowledge.
