关节牵伸术在膝关节骨性关节炎中的应用研究进展

Current researches on joint distraction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

膝关节骨性关节炎是最常见的关节退行性疾病,长期以来严重影响患者的生活质量,造成了巨大的社会经济负担。膝关节骨性关节炎治疗的目的是减轻疼痛和防止关节僵硬,保持关节功能。目前临床上多使用全膝关节置换术进行治疗,但年轻患者活动量较大,增加了关节置换术的失败率和翻修率。关节牵伸术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎是近年来提出的新观点。作者就关节牵伸术的概念、作用机理、并发症、临床应用及疗效等问题进行探讨,对其治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的应用做一综述。

Knee osteoarthritis is the most common degenerative joint diseases, which impact life quality seriously for a long term, and lead huge social and economic burden. The treatment aims to alleviate the pain and stiffness and to maintain function.Although total knee arthroplasty is recommended to treat the affected joint clinically, the younger patients with higher functional demands are at increased risk for failure and revision of total knee arthroplasty. Joint distraction is a new concept of treatment for knee osteoarthritis in recent years. The aims of this article is to review the concept, mechanism, complication, as well as clinical application of joint distraction for knee osteoarthritis.
