在坚持、发展和创新马克思主义理论的过程中,认真学习与研究马克思的《资本论》及其手稿十分必要。我国学术界由于长期忽视对《资本论》的学习与研究,以至于出现诸多对政治经济学的基本范畴和基本原理的误读与误解,特别是见诸于商品和货币的关系、货币与纸币的关系、资本循环与资本周转的关系、年剩余价值率与年利润率的关系以及创造价值的劳动与不创造价值的劳动之间的关系等,亟需通过对《资本论》及其手稿的学习与研究进行辨正。

In the process of adhering to, developing and innovating Marxist theory, it is necessary to study and research Marx's Das Kapital and his manuscript carefully. Because of the long-term neglect of the study and research of Das Kapital in China's academic community, there have been many misunderstandings of the basic categories and basic principles of political economics, especially the relationship between commodities and currencies, the relationship between currencies and banknotes, the relationship between rotation of capital and capital turnover, the relationship between annual rate of surplus value and annual profit rate, the relationship between the labor that creates value and the labor that does not create value, etc. There is an urgent need of identifying and correcting the misunderstandings through the study and research of Das Kapital and the manuscript.
