丙卡特罗联合布地奈德治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的疗效

Efficacy of procaterol combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with chronic cough

目的观察丙卡特罗联合布地奈德治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的疗效。方法选择2016年1月至2017年6月我院收治的114例慢性咳嗽患儿为研究对象,用随机数字表方式分为2组,每组57例,分别应用布地奈德(对照组)、丙卡特罗联合布地奈德(观察组)治疗,共治疗1个月。比较两组疗效、咳嗽症状改善情况、血清免疫球蛋白E(Ig E)水平及药物安全性。结果治疗1个月后,观察组临床有效率高于对照组(94.74%vs.78.95%,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿咳嗽症状均减轻,观察组咳嗽症状开始缓解时间和完全消失时间较对照组缩短(P<0.05);治疗后3个月,两组有少量患儿咳嗽复发,但复发例数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿血清Ig E水平降低,治疗2、4周时,观察组Ig E水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组均有少量患儿发生不良反应,症状较轻微,未影响治疗进程,两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论布地奈德联合使用丙卡特罗治疗慢性咳嗽患儿,可提高小儿慢性咳嗽的疗效,加速症状改善,且不会增加不良反应。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of procaterol combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with chronic cough. Methods Totally 114 children with chronic cough treated from January 2016 to June2017 were divided into two groups according to random number table： control group（ budesonide group,n = 57） and observation group（ group of procaterol combined with budesonide,n = 57）. All the children were treated for 1 month.The curative effect, improvement of cough symptom and serum immunoglobulin E（ IgE） and drug safety of the two groups were compared. Results After 1 month of treatment, the effective rate in observation group was higher than that of control group（ 94. 74% vs. 78. 95%,P〈0. 05）. The symptoms of coughing were relieved after treatment. The onset or complete disappearance time of cough symptom in observation group was less than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. A small number of children had coughing again,but there was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. The level of serum IgE decreased after treatment, and the IgE level in observation group was lower than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. In the two groups,asmall number of children had adverse reactions of mild symptoms during the treatment,which did not affect the treatment process. No significant difference was found in the incidence rate of adverse reaction between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Budesonide combined with procaterol can improve the clinical efficacy on children with chronic cough,accelerate the symptoms relieving,while doesn＇t increase the adverse reaction.
