清眩解郁汤治疗高血压合并焦虑抑郁状态的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of Qingxuan Jieyu Decoction for hypertension accompanied by depression and anxiety syndrome

目的探讨清眩解郁汤治疗高血压合并焦虑抑郁状态患者的临床疗效,为临床治疗该病提供理论依据。方法按照随机对照原则,筛选中国医科大学附属盛京医院2016年4月至2017年10月中医科门诊及住院患者,将符合纳入标准的60例患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组应用高血压的常规疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上加用清眩解郁汤治疗,疗程2周。观察患者治疗前后血压数值变化情况,抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分的改善情况。结果对照组与治疗组患者经过2周治疗,总有效率分别为93.3%及96.7%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组疗程结束后,SDS、SAS评分显著降低(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后SDS、SAS无明显变化(P>0.05);治疗过程中,两组患者均未出现严重不良反应,肝肾功能等各项指标无明显变化及异常。结论清眩解郁汤治疗高血压合并抑郁焦虑状态疗效显著,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Qingxuan Jieyu Decoction in treating patients with hypertension and anxiety depression, and to provide theoretical basis for the clinical treatment. Methods According to the randomized control principle, 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group. In the control group, the routine treatment for hypertension was applied, and the treatment group was treated with Qingxuan Jieyu Decoction in addition to the treatment for control group for 2 weeks. Numerical changes were observed before and after treatment in patients concerning blood pressure,depression self rating scale（ SDS） evaluation and self-evaluation of anxiety scale（ SAS）. Results After two weeks of treatment,the total effective rates in control group and treatment group were 93. 3% and 96. 7%（ P〉0. 05）. After treatment, the SDS and SAS scores in treatment group were decreased significantly（ P〈0. 05）; while there was no significant difference in the scores of control group before and after treatment（ P〉0. 05）. No severe adverse reaction and obvious change or abnormality was found in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion Qingxuan Jieyu Decoction is safe and effective in treating hypertension combined with depression and anxiety.
