摘要
以开封县污水处理厂改性污泥为实验材料,处理模拟含铜废水.对实验过程中溶液初始pH(A)、吸附时间(B)、废水中Cu^(2+)浓度(C)三个重要影响因素之间的交互作用进行了考察,并建立了数学模型.结果表明,各因素对Cu^(2+)去除率的影响依次为初始浓度﹥pH﹥吸附时间.研究将吸附剂对Cu^(2+)吸附工艺参数进行了优化,得出吸附最优条件:初始浓度为18.00 mg/L,pH为5.50,吸附时间为30.00 min.在此最优条件下,3次试验的Cu^(2+)去除率均值都达到99.42%,试验值与理论值绝对偏差为0.69%.
The simulated copper-containing wastewater was treated using the modified sludge,which was from sewage treatment plant in Kaifeng County. The interaction between the initial p H( A),adsorption time( B) and the concentration of Cu^(2+)(C) was investigated and a mathematical model was established. The results showed that the importance of above factors on the removal rate of Cu^(2+)was in the order of C〉 A 〉B. The parameters for the adsorption of Cu^(2+)were optimized,and the optimum adsorption conditions were 18.00 mg/L of the initial concentration of Cu^(2+),5.50 of p H and 30.00 min of contact time. Under the optimal conditions,the average removal rate of Cu^(2+)for 3 times can reache99.42%,where the absolute deviation is 0. 69% between the experimental value and the theoretical one.
