Evaluating the Policy Effect of Regional Sport Industry’s Agglomeration and Growth——New Evidence from the Synthetic Control Methods

本文基于本文基于2008—2017年的省级数据,结合政策评估方法和合成控制法研究《国务院办公厅关于加快发展体育产业的指导意见于加快发展体育产业的指导意见》对各省市体育产业聚集和体育产业增长的影响。结果表明,在该意见颁布后颁布后,已有体育产业聚集水平较低的省份,其体育产业聚集度呈现显著的增长,而已有体育产业聚集水平较高的省份水平较高的省份,其实验效应不明显。同时进一步对各省市体育产业增加值进行研究,发现对于体育产业增加值业增加值,其政策的实验效应同样显著,且体育产业不同发展水平的省份间没有出现分离。因此,有效的战略政策引导对我国体育产业的发展有着重大的战略意义的战略政策引导对我国体育产业的发展有着重大的战略意义。

Based on the provincial data from 2008 to 20172017, this paper combines the policy evaluation method and the,synthetic control methods to study the impact of government policy on the accumulation of sports industry and the growth of the sports industry in each province. The results show that after the conduction of policy, the provinces with low level of sports industry aggregation have a significant increase in the degree of concentration of sports industry,and the provinces with higher level of sports industry aggregation have not obvious experimental effects. At the same time, a further study of the added value of sports industry in provinces and cities was conducted. It was found that for the added value of the sports industry, the experimental effect of the document was significant, and there was no sepaseparation between provinces with different levels of development in the sports industry. Therefore, the issuance of this document has great strategic significance for the development of China＇s sports industry.
