环境动荡中双元创新对新产品研发的影响:有调节的中介

从核心能力和外部环境视角,深入探讨双元创新影响新产品研发的中介和调节作用机制。在理论上构建了反映探索式创新、利用式创新、核心能力、技术动荡、市场动荡和新产品开发绩效之间关系的有调节的中介模型,利用来自233家制造型和生产服务型企业的问卷调查数据,采用Bootstrap法进行检验。实证结果表明:探索式创新和利用式创新都会通过增强核心能力提高新产品开发绩效;技术动荡程度越高,探索式创新通过核心能力提高新产品开发绩效的积极作用越强;同时,利用式创新通过核心能力对新产品开发绩效产生的积极作用不会被市场动荡削弱。根据研究结果,提出在不同性质的动荡环境中,企业应选取有效创新模式、提升核心能力和提高新产品研发水平的具体策略。

From the perspectives of core competence and external environment, the paper analyzed the intermediary and regulatory mechanism of ambidextrous innovation influencing the R＆D of new products. In theory, it developed a moderated mediation model reflecting the linkage among exploratory innovation, exploitative innovation, core competence, technological turbulence, market turbulence and new product development performance. Results of Bootstrap analysis from 233 Chinese finns showed that： both exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation can promote new product development performance partially through core competence; the higher the degree of technological turbulence, the stronger the positive effect of exploratory innovation on the new product development performance through core competence, while the positive effect of exploitative innovation on the new product development performance through core competence will not be weakened by market turbulence. According to the research results, this paper put forwards specific strategies that enterprises should choose effective innovation pattern, promote core competence and improve the R＆D level of new products in the turbulent environment with different properties.
