摘要
和传统商业银行相比,消费金融公司有诸多特色,尤其是其在经营过程中面临的风险具有复杂性、隐蔽性、滞后性等特征。风险问题是消费金融公司经营管理中的核心问题,大致可分为合规风险、信用和欺诈风险、流动性风险、操作风险、合作商户的风险、场景消费金融风险、产品风险、声誉风险及其他风险等,风险经营能力是消费金融公司的核心能力。消费金融公司应从建设风险经营制度体系、建立风险管控决策机制、建立风险防范组织体系、建设风险监控价系以及培育风险防控文化体系着手,切实提升自身风险经营能力。
Compared to traditional commercial banks, consumer finance companies have their own particularities, especially the risks involved in operations, which are complex, concealed and lagging. This paper elaborates that the risk problem is the core problem in the management of consumer finance company, which can be divided into compliance risk, credit and fraud risk, liquidity risk, operational risk, risk of cooperative merchants, scenario consumption financial risk, product risk, reputation risk and other risks, and the risk management ability is the core ability of consumer finance company. The consumer finance company should establish the risk management system, the risk control decision-making mechanism, the risk prevention organization system and the risk monitoring price system, and cultivate the risk control culture system as to effectively improve its own risk management ability.
