门静脉血栓治疗研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 门静脉血栓是门静脉系统（包含门静脉主干、左右分支及其属支肠系膜上静脉、脾静脉组成）因血管内皮损伤、血流淤滞、血液黏稠度增加,打破凝血功能平衡导致的血栓形成。肝硬化晚期患者由于门静脉高压,引起门静脉系统内皮细胞损伤、血流淤滞,同时由于肝脏合成功能降低,引起低蛋白血症,导致血浆水分外渗,血液浓缩呈高凝状态,故极易在门静脉系统内形成血栓,特别是因脾脏功能亢进行脾切除术的肝硬化患者.
