稀酸浸提稻米和秸秆中镉元素提取效率与浸提因子关系探究 被引量:7

摘要 以稀硝酸为浸提溶液,以稻米和秸秆为样品,从浸提方式、硝酸浓度、固液比、浸提时间4个方面研究了浸提因子对稀硝酸浸提稻米和秸秆样品中镉元素的影响。结果表明:在控制单因子变量情况下,振荡浸提效果比静置浸提效果要好;在提取完全之前,提取率随着提取剂酸度的增加而显著提高,但随固液比的增加提取率反而明显下降;浸提时间从10 min延长到30 min对提取效果无明显影响。 With dilute nitric acid as extraction solution, rice and straw as samples, the effects of extraction factors on cadmium element in rice and straw samples were studied from 4 aspects: extraction method, nitric acid concentration, solid-liquid ratio and extraction time. The results showed that under the condition of controlling single factor variable, the effect of shaking extraction was better than that of static extraction; Before extraction, the extraction rate increased significantly with the increase of acidity, but with the increase of solidliquid ratio, the extraction rate decreased significantly; the extraction time from 10 min to 30 min had no significant effect on the extraction efficiency.
