汉中市现代农业园区发展现状及对策研究

Development Status and Countermeasures of Modern Agricultural Parks in Hanzhoung

现代农业园区作为一种以农业为主导产业的新型经营主体,对促进农业转型发展具有重要意义。以汉中市现代农业园区调研和统计数据为基础,从园区建设发展取得的成效、主要做法等对汉中现代农业园区发展现状进行分析评价。汉中市现代农业园区呈现出三大体系基本形成、基础设施显著改善、科技成果应用加速、建设主体不断壮大、运行模式加快创新和示范带动能力显现的良好态势。但园区建设依然存在思想认识有待提升、建设发展质量不高、物质装备基础薄弱、经营主体实力不强和示范带动能力有限等问题。针对上述问题,从升华思想认识、坚持规划引领、拓宽融资渠道、强化科技支撑、狠抓提质增效、创新发展模式、打造"汉"字品牌和加强环境保护等8方面提出对策建议,以期为汉中市现代农业园区加快发展提供参考。

As a new type of agricultural management oriented industry, modern agricultural parks play an important role in promoting the transformation and development of agriculture. Based on the research and statistical data of modern agricultural park, this paper analyzes and appraise the development status of Hanzhoung modern agricultural park from the achievements and main practices of the construction and development of the park. The modern agricultural park in Hanzhoung has shown a good trend of the basic formation of three major systems, significant improvement in infrastructure, accelerated application of scientific and technological achievements, continuous expansion of the main body of construction, speed up the working mode, showed the innovation and demonstration driving capacity. However, there are still some problems in the construction of the park, such as the improvement of ideological understanding, the poor quality of the construction and development, the weak material and equipment foundation, the main strength of operation is not strong and the ability of demonstration and driving is limited. In order to solve the above problems, we put forward countermeasures and suggestions from 8 aspects： sublimation of thinking, insisting on planning guidance, widening financing channels, strengthening scientific and technological support, strengthening quality and increasing efficiency, creating a model of innovation and development, building the brand of ＂Han＂ and strengthening environmental protection.
