摘要
文章基于31个省份2006—2015年的数据,使用面板模型分析发现,公共文化产品供给具有经济增长效应但存在区域差异。地方财政文化支出对经济增长具有显著正向作用;公共文化机构的数量对经济增长影响较弱且具有一定的经济收敛效应;公共文化机构的文化产品产出对经济增长具有显著正向影响;公共文化财政支出的经济增长效应高于公共文化机构数量及其产出的经济增长效应。各区域仍需加大投资力度,完善公共文化服务体系,提高公共文化产品供给水平。
Based on the data of 31 provinces in the past 2006-2015 years, this paper makes empirical analysis on the data of China and three major economic zones using panel data model. The results show that the supply of public cultural products has a stimulating effect on economic growth, but there is a serious imbalance between the regions. Local fscal cultural expenditure has a signifcant positive effect on economic growth; the number of public cultural institutions has a weak infuence on economic growth as a whole, and has certain economic convergence effect; cultural products output of public cultural institutions has a signifcant positive effect on economic growth; the economic growth effect of public cultural expenditure is higher than that of public cultural institution and its output. Investment in various regions still needs to further strengthen public cultural investment, improve the public cultural service system, and improve the level of the supply of public cultural products.
